Monday – Thursday = Core learning programs, students are supported in their core learning areas.

Friday = Discovery Friday, students learn in explorative, creative and innovative new ways. Includes karate, guitar, visual arts, reggio emilia based learning, cooking, kapahaka, and sport.

4th – 6th March – WHOLE SCHOOL CAMP – All students will be staying at Lonsdale Park – all whanau welcome. Please note there is a small charge per person to subsidise the cost for accommodation and food.

7th March – Rawene Brumby Race Day

19th March – Thursday evening. Guest speakers Pio Terei and John Cowan will be at the Copthorne Hokianga to deliver ‘Building Awesome Whanau’. Gold coin donation.

Wednesday 11th June – Hiwi the Kiwi Goes Fishing Show. Encouraging kids to write stories about environmental sustainability.

23rd & 24th of June – Life Education Van visits our school.

26th of June – MATARIKI CELEBRATION DAY – Come and celebrate Matariki with us by joining in on our Ki-o-Rahi tournament & shared lunch.

17th April – Duffy Heroes Assembly with Anna Richards Black Ferns Rugby Womens team 1998 – 2010 (World Cup Winners in 2010), Captain of the NZ 7’s team to Hong Kong 2000 & 2001, NZ Touch 1991, 1997 & 1998, Coach of the College Rifles, Provincial Representative in Netball and Tennis, 2007 Black Ferns team nominated for Halberg Sports Awards, Coach of Auckland Womens 7’s Team, appointed to the NZ Sports Tribunal 2008. Anna is also a qualified Lawyer and was made a member of the NZ Order of Merit for her services to womens rugby.
